Meghana Balihallimath is a Data Associate and Support Specialist for Converge. In this role, she supports schools in building their own data infrastructure and analytical platforms.

Prior to joining the team, Meg worked at Ford Motor Co. as a Data Scientist for Customer Experience Analytics and thrives for customer-centric problem solving. Meghana holds a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.

She is passionate about strengthening the education system and actively volunteers for a Reno non-profit that works towards inspiring and empowering the next generation of leaders and workers who will drive the growth of a sustainable economy.
